Monitoring Dashboard

All deployment and deletion jobs are logged in the Job Orchestration dashboard within the Schoolyear Admin dashboard. This dashboard will show historic and upcoming jobs and their status.

Once a job has started, you can view and download the logs for each individual job. Jobs that failed can be retried manually through this dashboard as well. It can take up to 20 seconds before a job restarts when you manually start a retry.

You can configure up to 3 email addresses that are notified in case of a job failing. These addresses will receive an email that points to the failed job once a job has exhausted its retries or failed with a non-retryable error, such as an authentication or authorization error.

Can can view old jobs up to 30 days back.
